It’s a small change with a big effect. Move the booth off the stage and stick it in the corner.

The dancefloor stops facing one direction. People look at each other instead of at the DJ. The room flattens. The crowd becomes the show.

Our punters are aged everywhere from 18 to 98. (Yes, we’ve had a 98-year-old. He stayed until 9pm.) That mix only works if the room isn’t set up like a concert.
